After you sign up for a Full Time or Part Time Assistant service, an account manager will call you to determine your goals and to understand more about the nature of work, your expectations and onshore or offshore preference. Based on your responses, you will be matched and introduced with a virtual employee on our staff.

Task Submission

Next you can email or call your employee/assistant directly to offload your tasks

Execution

When virtual assistant is done completing the task, they will email you and submit the deliverable for your review. Our Virtual Assistants are our full time employees who work in our office, not at home. This arrangement enables necessary supervision and monitoring of virtual assistants and helps reinforce responsibility and efficiency

Communication and Feedback

US-based Account Representative provides multiple levels of communication and accountability. Your feedback is very important to us. Account manager will contact you during and after task execution to ensure overall positive experience with our services.
