Position Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic organization to create online resources of health information for one of the largest and oldest medical information sites on the Internet.

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt response to members' queries on health topics
- Produce FAQs (frequently asked questions) by health topic
- Participate in the evolution of an online health information resource, identify best practices for maintaining this resource, increasing efficiency and quality.
- Work collaboratively with editors to improve findability of information by assigning metadata (description, keywords)
- Serve as clinical lead in content creation and management

Skills Required:
- Web browsers
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience and Education Qualifications:
- MD or M.B.B.S. required
- Specialty training in Family Practice or General Internal Medicine, preferred
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience in health communications or journalism a plus
